The Clubhouse

At the first glimpse of the porte-cochere, the clubhouse charms you with its sense of place and time. Like ancient Liguria, Italy, this mosaic of buildings, with its towers, colonnades, random rooflines and stacked stone warms you like the Mediterranean sun. As you stroll the clubhouse, set on a peninsula, you discover a clubroom with rich finishes and indoor dining for 96, a professional catering kitchen and outdoor seating in the Rotunda for 48 more. Just steps away is the formal garden with its trellises, bougainvillea, fluvium fountain and courtyard for another 60 guests for hors d'oeuvres. Best of all, the Club Manager, the Activities Director and all the staff are dedicated to pampering you and your guests.

Lagoon Pools

Water splashes down the rock waterfalls, and the coconut palms sway in the breeze. This is truly a special place with its two-level resort pools and spa. The marble sundeck with its lush landscaping is the gathering place for up to 240 sun worshippers. Just a short walk away, you'll discover the escape of the freshwater beach or the energy of the Firepit.

The Sports Club

The 13,200 square foot sports club has just about everything! Tennis, health and fitness, swimming, walking and fishing plus lots of fun and new friends. The club is furnished with state-of-the-art equipment, knowledgeable staff, and well-appointed ladies and men's locker room, each complete with saunas, showers, and massage therapy and outdoor Player's Club is the gathering place for the neighbors.

Get your heart pumping and your muscles toned with our full selection of True, Cybrex and Hoist cardiovascular, toning and strengthening equipment. You can work out in a self-managed program, a supervised clinic or an individually tailored program by our full-time Fitness Director.

The Tennis Center

Five lighted Hydrogrid Har-Tru clay tournament courts by Welsh including a stadium court with tiered seating for 240 and VIP seating for 40, plus a Players Bistro with catering kitchen, a full pro shop and a USPTA pro. Olympic Lap Pool

If a peaceful hour of freestyle is your daily regimen you'll appreciate the screen enclosed four lane, 25 meter lap pool - just steps away from the fitness Center and locker rooms.

After the game or work-out or before an evening out relax those muscles with a professional massage followed by a cleansing sauna (located in each the ladies' and men's locker rooms).

Halfway Creek Wildlife Preserve
& Walking Path

Undoubtedly one of the best ways to keep in shape, "clear the cobwebs" and meet your neighbors is a morning or evening walk. Two and a half miles of walking/biking path weaving along the lush perimeter of Rapallo plus a half-mile Nature Boardwalk through the Halfway Creek Wildlife Preserve (a federally-protected sanctuary). And for your convenience the five pedestrian gates along the walking/biking path link you to the Coconut Point Town Center and neighborhood areas.

Piazza Doria

The centerpiece of The Club at Rapallo® is this cobblestone, round-a-bout with its four bronze Romans gods and classic fountain inspired by the Palazzo Doria. The trellised piazza is surrounded by picturesque bridges, lakes, fishing levees and a beautiful botanical garden, a tribute to the father of the Renaissance and the romantic heart of the Mediterranean.

The Botanical Park

At the edge of Piazza Doria is an enchanting blend of colors and scents. Follow the winding path amongst the trees and flowers past the sculptures of stallions to the picnic trellised gazebo where family and friends can share a glass of Bordeau, break bread and pass the afternoon.

Stocked Lakes and Fishing Piers

All of the residences at Rapallo offer views to the nine freshwater lakes, 24 acres in all, stocked with largemouth bass, channel catfish and bluegill. You can catch 'em if you release 'em. The two fishing piers even have grilling areas, perfect for informal get-togethers. The fishing levees and preserve boardwalks offer some of the best fishing. And you'll love the sights and sounds of the 42 lake fountains set jetting up against the sunset.
